RETURNS

We hope that you love your purchase from Thick Chick Gear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To return an item/s customers must complete a return request online through our returns center where, once approved, they will be sent an email with all return information.
We do not currently offer free return shipping. Customers returning an item must use their own shipping service.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We try to process all returns within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Once processed, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and should be in your account within 10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In these circumstances we require an photo of the product fully visible within one image frame in order to 'approve an exchange' and send a replacement.

EXCHANGES

As every product from Thick Chick Gear is made to order (printed on-demand),we do not currently offer traditional exchanges for size, color, or design. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to create a return from the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a seperate purchase for the new item.
